This tool is an initiative of HURINET-U through the coalition for the Freedom of Information (COFI) with support from Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa (OSIEA). Data obtained from accumulated reports is meant to monitor and inform on; the kind of information requests made by the public to the state and its organs , the responses received , and the state’s compliance with the Access to Information Act, 2005
